Biography
Influenced by the drama of Cirque du Soleil while living in Las Vegas and her life in Japan, Jocelyn Ledezma creates paintings, designs, and drawings of a combination of the two cultures as Petite Pudding online. As a graduate from UNLV she was able to be minutes away from one of the most dynamic shows in the world, which helped to fuel her passion for the human figure. Her oil paintings capture the delicate tones of muscles with elegant clean strokes in contrast to the dynamic superhuman stance creating a visual impact.
Recently her living in Tokyo has influenced her works with narrative ink strokes and bold kawaii designs. A lover of sweets and especially great love of Japanese pudding led her to take on the nickname Petite Pudding. As a contemporary artist, she's always looking for new ways to further her exploration of the human figure and design.
